An intense strength & endurance training circuit
class for women. This program is designed to improve
body composition and increase muscle tone,
endurance, and strength.

$100 Member, $250 Non Member
Running Strong Strength training specifically for the runner. The class is designed to improve leg strength and power, develop bi-lateral muscular balance, condition the upper body, and stabilize your core. Individual specific evaluation and strength training program design. If you are a runner wanting to reduce running injuries, improve running times, tone-up, or just run stronger and faster, then this class is for you. Tues & Thurs 9:05 - 10:00 am
Fees: $85 Member, $210 Non Member
A program designed for the individual who wants to
get the most out of their lunch hour!! A challenging
fitness program emphasizing both strength training
and cardiovascular fitness. Strength training
included with a circuit training program to achieve
the goals of: improving total body strength;
increasing muscle tone, strength, & endurance;
improving body composition; burning more calories,
even at rest; increasing bone density.
