An intense strength & endurance training circuit class for women. This program is designed to improve body composition and increase muscle tone, endurance, and strength.

Running Strong

Strength training specifically for the runner.  The class is designed to improve leg strength and power, develop bi-lateral muscular balance, condition the upper body, and stabilize your core.  Individual specific evaluation and strength training program design.  If you are a runner wanting to reduce running injuries, improve running times, tone-up, or just run stronger and faster, then this class is for you.

Lunch Crunch (Lunch Fitness Class)
 
A program designed for the individual who wants to get the most out of their lunch hour!! A challenging fitness program emphasizing both strength training and cardiovascular fitness. Strength training included with a circuit training program to achieve the goals of: improving total body strength; increasing muscle tone, strength, & endurance; improving body composition; burning more calories, even at rest; increasing bone density.
