Masters Swim Team We are bringing back a program that has been gone for a number of years. SPY Masters will be a coached training program for adults age 19 & older. SPY Head Coach Bruce Patmos will be running the program. The two main focuses of the program will be endurance and stroke instruction. Meets will be offered for those who would like to compete.
Practice Schedule
beginning Friday, May 1st:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 to 8:00 am
Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 to 7:00 am
PLUS: Workouts will be posted for those of you that want to train at lunch, but noon workouts will not be coached.
Fee:
$100 for the Spring/Summer Season
(May through July)
Must be a
Springfield Family YMCA member
