Description of the classes
B-Beginner      I-Intermediate      A-Advanced

Body Shop: Lunchtime energy boost workout in 30 minutes. [B/I/A]

Cycle Circuit: Stationary bike intervals with strength and flexibility work on the floor. [I/A]

Fitness Challenge: Sixty minutes of high level circuit training combining cardio and weight training segments. [B/I/A]

Flex Express:  A 30 minute strength class using a variety of equipment (B/I)

Fusion:  Total body training using weights, stability balls, and bands combined with a cardio workout.  (B/I/A)

High Energy: Cardio & strength training intervals for a total body workout. [B/I/A]

Jump Start!  Begin your day with a cycle or boot camp class combined with core work & flexibility moves.  (B/I/A)

Moving with Motive: Increase your energy, balance, and flexibility. A class for active older adults and adults who want to start a healthy lifestyle!! [B]

Pilates Blend: An introduction to progressive Pilates matwork as you increase muscle strength & flexibility while engaging your core muscles. [B]

Saturday Cycle:  Hills, skills, and drills gives you an easy to fast paced class that burns calories while having fun!  (B/I/A)

Super Step: Energetic step patterns combined with muscle training exercises. [B/I/A]

Super Sunday:  High energy workout for the entire body.

Yoga: A balanced combination of yoga poses using the breath with a focus on the spine and on relaxation techniques. [B]0

Zumba:  Mix of tango, salsa, hip hop, and calypso body-sculpting dance moves set to spicy Latin music. [B/I/A]
