Non Member: 10 classes for $100.00

All the following classes are held in the pool.

Water Energizer Low impact aerobics to stretch and tone.

Arthritis: Arthritis Foundation class designed to improve joint flexibility.
Taught by an A.A. certified instructor. A doctor's release is required.

Pool Power: High Energy shallow water aerobics.

Making Waves: Aerobic and muscle endurance class.

TNT: (Tummies & Thighs) This class uses water resistance to improve your muscle endurance.

Deep Water Running: This class is held in the deep water using specialized flotation device.
Must feel comfortable in the deep water.

Friday Finale: A variety of water exercises from all of the aquatic fitness classes.
